Martha just can’t seem to stay away from us at CNRC as every time life throws her a curve ball, she comes rolling back through our doors. A proud widow with no children of her own,
Martha has a heart big enough to adopt all of us as family. She’s known for her warmth, kindness, and motherly nature towards staff and residents alike. Martha spent many years as a dedicated housewife before later working at a local country store, where she loved connecting with her community until she was no longer able to. Born in Marion County as the oldest out of 10 siblings, she was raised in Finley by what she describes as “the best parents ever.” Her advice to others? “Live and let live”-simple, wise words from someone who’s seen and embraced life with grace. We love Martha here at CNRC and are honored to have her as part of our CNRC family!
